Golden Fish Puffs

Golden fish puffs
16 ounces of frozen fish fillets (such as Pollock cod haddock)
salt and pepper
1 egg white
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place fillets in greased baking dish 11×7, season fillets with a salt and pepper. Beat egg white and salt until egg whites starts to peak. Fold in the remaining ingredients, spoon over the fish. Bake uncovered 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and golden brown. Serves 4.

In this picture i used flounder and i always use 2 egg whites cuz i like a thicker topping.
